The Month of May at HOPE church is dedicated to Evangelism (sharing your faith). We will be offering a four week class focused on teaching all aspects of evangelization to prepare the church for spreading the gospel to Spencer and the ends of the Earth.

Colossians 4:5–6 (ESV) instructs believers to "Walk in wisdom toward outsiders, making the best use of the time" and to "Let your speech always be gracious, seasoned with salt, so that you may know how you ought to answer each person". This passage emphasizes wise, gracious, and purposeful conduct, particularly in conversations with non-believers.

Here is what this verse means:

• Wisdom Toward Outsiders (v. 5): Believers are encouraged to act wisely and strategically in their interactions with those outside the faith, making the most of every opportunity to witness.

• Gracious Speech (v. 6): Conversations should be characterized by kindness, courtesy, and respect.
